Parcours Fitness Trails
Fitness trails are known by many other names as well, depending on where they are built: parcours, parcourse, fitness circuits, exercise stations, etc., etc. It can take some work to find out what parks in your area have them. And in the end, you've still got to drive out to the park to see what's actually there.

This is a beginning compilation of such trails in the Puget Sound area, primarily concentrating on the Seattle-Tacoma metro area.

(FYI, since a lot of these are unverified, keep in mind the fact that a park has 'a fitness trail' could just mean it's a paved trail through the woods, and it might not have the stations. So until it's verified don't head to the park expecting to train.)

Key: - A good park, stations are in good shape, worth the trip.
- Check it out if you're in the area, but it's nothing special.
- Don't bother, stations are either gone or in real bad shape.
