PNWPA representatives Rafe and Tyson will begin teaching regular Parkour classes at NW Crossfit in Seattle. The basics are below and more info is available our forum.

Parents: If you are sending your under-18 son or daughter to class for the first time without a parent (i.e., via carpool) please download and complete the NW Crossfit waiver and send it with your child to class. A waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian is required for each new participant.

Wed and Thursday 7:30-9:00PM
Saturday at noon to 1:30PM

Prices are for Parkour only:
First class is free
$20 drop-in (student discount available)

Or Monthly:
$70 one-time per week
$120 two time per week
$150 unlimited
*A percentage of the proceeds goes back into the community through the PNWPA's efforts.
