Starting next week, Rafe Kelley will be teaching new MovNat and Parkour classes at Jogo Crossfit in Bellingham. MovNat is Monday nights and Parkour is Tuesday nights, both from 7p to 8:30p. More info is in the calendar and the forums. As a side note, the Parkour classes at Mt. Baker Gymnastics are canceled.
