Support parkour for at-risk youth & help our non-profit succeed

Parkour Visions (formerly the Pacific Northwest Parkour Association, or PNWPA) is asking for your help before 6/30/09 in the biggest fundraising opportunity in our history.

Parkour Visions needs your help! This year, through parkour, 500 at-risk youth will improve their self-esteem and fitness by learning to run, jump, climb, crawl, and vault over obstacles, transforming their everyday world into an epic playscape.

Parkour Visions has partnered with several public agencies / organizations to make this happen: a public after school program in Tacoma where 70% of the kids are on reduced or free lunch; four of the lowest-income apartment complexes in King County through New Futures; and our first Teen Crisis Center in Capitol Hill.

If we can raise $4000 through 50 or more unique donors by the end of June, we will not only substantially fund the project, but also guarantee a permanent spot on GlobalGiving.org, the most prestigious non-profit fundraising website on the web. Click the button above and make your donation today!

More information and forum discussion here. Thanks for your help!
